cenote maintenanceawful noiseloud power equipment
The cenote was kept up well , and that was acceptable.
The noise at night was awful. A nearby dance club played techno music until about 4 every night. The hotel also ran loud power equipment in their shed at all hours on multiple nights. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk , they acted like I was crazy.

i appreciated the beautiful grounds it has a lush green garden. the cenote was a really fun and unique feature it was great for swimming. food was also really good i only had breakfast but i enjoyed it. it was included in my stay.

i found the hotel beautiful and its location ideal. the staff treated me like royalty. i particularly appreciated the cenote and how the staff explained their culture to us (it's a plus when traveling!). nothing was too much trouble for any member of the staff.
i noticed some noise at night. there was a nearby club playing music. this might be an issue for light sleepers.
